Hands harvesting Champagne grapes during the vendange

The First Shipment

Les Vendanges 2026

Three houses. Three sets of hands. Three very different pieces of Champagne.

Harvest is the one moment a grower cannot outsource. Everything else in the cellar can wait a week. The fruit cannot.

This first shipment moves across Champagne through three wines: Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne, Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, and Chardonnay grown on the Kimmeridgian soils of the Côte des Bar.

Two Chardonnays. Two soils. Two ends of the region. Open them the same night and the comparison teaches more than any book will.
